Something wrong with a file?
If a file won’t open, prints wrong or isn’t what the listing showed, message us and we’ll make it right. Tell us which book, which file and what you see, and we’ll get back to you.
Downloading your files
After you buy, go to You › Purchases on Etsy, or open the email from Etsy, and click Download files. Downloading is easiest on a computer. On a phone, use a web browser instead of the Etsy app.
